Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing comprehensive supply chain strategy
- Ensuring logistical regulations and safety standards
- Co-ordinate and define target stock
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Ensuring optimal cost efficiency
- Prepare reports on orders and cost analysis
Review quality of sourced products
- Verify the product against the regulatory standards
- Maintain updated records of delivery information and invoice
- Verify the order as per the given order statement
- Entering order details into internal database
Troubleshoot vendor delivery issues
- Communicate with the vendor regarding delayed deliveries
- Provide alternative solutions in case of cutthroat inventory situation
- Oversee return process if required
Maintaining positive relations
- Develop and maintain positive working relation with the team
- Maintain positive contact with the customer, vendor
