Cable Entry Systems
As expert in cable gland we expand our product range with modular CONMAXX system. The Innovative 3-component modular system consist of a closed frame, variable grid inserts and conical sealing elements. It offers significantly easier installation in cabinet applications and electrical housings. This is because it allows housing to be assembled from the inside out – for more flexibility and time saving during assembly.
Maximum flexibility, More Security, High IP Protection, Robust & Durable, Easy to install, Extremely resistant to fuel, oils, grease, acid bases are some of the key benefits of WISKA cable entry systems. Depending on the variant, CONMAXX can be used between -40°C and 120°C or from -40°C to 90°C.
The CONMAXX Gland consist of two part gland and locknut which facilitate the installation of pre-fabricated cables and wires. Therefore maintenance can be conducted inexpensively during operation. The CONMAXX Gland is part of WISKA’s innovative cable entry system CONMAXX, it convinces with its diverse sealing elements and grid insert for maximum installation flexibility. Grommets
Grommets – When cables have to be inserted as simply and quickly as possible, grommets come into play. They have a space-saving shape and are available in many different versions for various cable types. WISKA produces IP66 and IP67 grommets in our twin shot injection molding facilities in Germany.
CLIXX – The faster cable gland
CLIXX allows easy cable entry thanks to a membrane while also providing strain relief. CLIXX can be assembled in seconds: simply clip in the hole, insert cable and done.
Our new MultiCLIXX grommet offers fast cable installation with strain relief for up to four cables at the same time. MultiCLIXX combines all advantages of our QUIXX and CLIXX grommets: Simply push into the enclosure and insert the cable. No tool or locknut are needed – thanks to our well-proven two-component moulding.
