Flow Element / Control Valve Sizing Services

Bhavyam has rich experience in designing and sizing of various flow elements / control valves / Thermowells, etc. The sizing is done using globally recognized software CONVAL 11.

These services are primarily required by EPC Contractors / OEMs as well as End users. We have team of qualified engineers for providing sizing data for various mechanical products.

PMI Testing Services

Quality has always been one of the top moist priority for Bhavyam. We have in-house material testing facility for inward and outward quality control of mechanical products we are making.

 

Thermo Scientific XRF analyser is used for all the testing. A standard analysis of 25 elements from Titanium (Ti) to Bismuth (Bi) can be done. Provides accurate analysis and testing of various alloys.

 

We offered material testing / PMI testing services for customers around us. Our experts can visit your facility with the instrument, can perform testing operation and can provide authenticate PMI reports for onward submission to your customers.

Label / Sleeves Printing & Marking Services

Duly printed Terminal Markers / Sleeves as well as Labels is one of the key aspect which adds value to aesthetic look of the control panels. We have fully equipped printing set up for printing of various types of Terminal markers, sleeves as well as labels required for panels and machines. Phoenix Contact and Brother make printer are used for these printing services.

 

Provide printing services to many of the panel builders / machine manufactures, etc.We supply terminal marker duly printed as per customer’s requirement or customer can bring their terminal marker for getting it printed as per requirement.

Testing & Calibration

Our testing and calibration facility is equipped with state of the art calibration devices for calibration of Pressure gauges, Pressure Transmitters, etc. We also have hand held configurator for configuration of all HART devices such as Pressure, Temperature, Level and flow instruments.

 

Trained and Qualified team of engineers provides prompt and efficient configuration and calibration services either at site or in our workshop.

Panel Making Services

We provide Man Power Services to make electrical control panels for some of our esteemed customers at their own premises. We have experienced team of technicians who can make panels as per drawings and dimensions provided by our customers. We have made many number of PLC panels / Drives panels as well as Pneumatic panels for our customers. We have basic understanding of PLC operations as well as functioning of other key products used in the panel. Our team of technicians is equipped to understand EPLAN as well as other formats for drawings provided by customers. The panels built by our teams are aesthetically superior as well as we complete the panel well within the timeframe given by our clients.
